All QR code generation — for WiFi credentials, vCard contact data, WhatsApp links, and URLs — is performed entirely on your device using the HTML5 Canvas API. Your WiFi passwords, phone numbers, email addresses, and contact details are never sent to our servers.

Because generation is client-side, there is no account required and no user profile is created. When you close the browser tab, the entered data is gone.

2. Log Files

Like most websites, GetEasyQR makes use of server log files. The information collected in log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamps, referring and exit pages, and page view counts. This information is used to analyse trends, administer the site, and gather broad demographic information. Log data is not linked to any personally identifiable information.
