QR code images you generate and download using the Service are yours to use freely for personal and commercial purposes. No attribution to GetEasyQR is required for the images themselves.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for the content you encode into QR codes using this Service. GetEasyQR does not review, monitor, or have access to the data you enter into the generators.

Prohibited uses include but are not limited to:

• Encoding content that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, threatening, or illegal.
• Creating QR codes designed to deceive users into visiting malicious websites.
• Encoding personally identifiable information about third parties without their consent.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, its original content (excluding user-generated QR codes), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GetEasyQR and its owner, Kerron Gordon. The written content, guides, and code on this site are protected by copyright.

The QR code standard itself (ISO/IEC 18004) is an open standard, and QR codes are not proprietary to GetEasyQR or any third party. Your generated QR code images are your own property.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

GetEasyQR does not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time.
• QR codes generated by the Service will scan successfully on all devices in all conditions.
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate, reliable, or meet your requirements.

It is your responsibility to test all generated QR codes on multiple devices before committing to a print run or publication.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GetEasyQR and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if GetEasyQR has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall GetEasyQR's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service exceed the amount you paid to GetEasyQR in the twelve months preceding the claim. Since the Service is free, this limit is zero.
